Job Description

Areas USA ATL is now hiring an Assistant Retail Manager for Atlanta International Airport. The Assistant Retail Manager is responsible for maintaining outstanding guest service as per company standards, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently, cash register operations and safeguarding company assets. Duties and Responsibilities:
*Manage employee's daily systems and procedures.
*Train and coach sales associates.
*Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest.
* Maintain a neat and organized appearance - following company dress code guidelines.
* Maintaining outstanding standards, and solid product knowledge.
* Maintain all aspects of GUEST service following all company and airport policies and procedures.
* Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
* Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and accurately maintain all cash and media at the registers. Effectively assists Sales Associates in this procedure also.
* Complete shift paperwork. Enter all media from register into the tally sheet.
* Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked.
* Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.

Candidate must be available for evening and early morning hours

Job Requirements

1. Associates Degree with at least 2 years of front of the house operations and or assistant management positions.
2. Have knowledge of service and food and beverage.
3. Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area.
4. Excellent basic math and computer skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
5. Must have the ability to lead a team to reach organizational objectives and goals.
6. Excellent Guest Service skills.
